Feeling with your feet (meditation)
This will be about the techniques I use to get into a state of lucidity associated with the mind state needed to operate consciousness tech. It’s important to be in a safe place where you feel home. Start by choosing music that you feel really resonates with you on a soul level, turn the music on and try to get into a relaxed state. Set and setting are key have things that you enjoy, drinks/snacks/cigarette. What ever you like that feel it will improve your experience. Start feeling the ground with the soles of your feet. Feel and if you and stapled to and ground at times with energy and also free to move wherever you please. Try to resonate and get into a beat with the music hopefully allowing for a trance like state.
I use this method to assess memories from different perspectives ask and receive advice on the current direction of my life path. If done effectively you can really experience feelings of transcendence using these techniques.
